Roll Media
FSP has been a leader in conversion manufacturing since the late 1970s. We have saved manufacturers and their clients millions by pioneering the use of side stream media testing at manufacturing facilities. Side stream testing helps to identify the optimal filter paper for an application without disrupting production during the testing. Our clients know without a doubt the FSP filters they use are ideally suited to the task. We further support our products and customers by providing installation, inspection, repairs and ongoing maintenance to ensure production costs remain as low as possible while quality remains high.
FSP offers nonwoven media available in widths of 7/8″ to 131″ for coolant filtration in gravity, vacuum and pressure filter units. Common applications include grinding, rolling, wire drawing, washing, plating, and drilling, while FDA-approved filter media are available for the oil and hot oil-frying industries. Product/fiber types include: Polyester, Rayon, Cellulose, Polypropylene, and numerous bi-components.
Our converting of rolled goods department can provide custom widths, lengths and core dimensions to satisfy the demands of nearly any application. The range capabilities include widths from 7/8″ to 131″ with our 11 converting lines. Partnerships allow us to offer additional custom capabilities that include calendaring, laminating, perforating, and printing. Need an odd shape or item? No problem! We can die-cut, sheet and sew any media into custom sizes for nearly any specialty item.

In addition to nylon, polypropylene and polyester filter bags we have custom fabric bags to accommodate nearly all popular brands of filter housings. If you need fixed, portable or multi-compartment filter housings, we have them available in carbon, stainless and plastic to suit your specifications.
